Your journey to an outside living space
1. Initial Contact
The process begins when a potential client contacts us via phone, email, or our website contact form. Responding promptly, our friendly professional team prioritise setting up an initial no-obligation consultation at their property. During this initial call, our focus is on understanding our client’s vision for their garden and their budget. Gathering this information enables us to deliver the highest level of service as we move forward.
2. Consultation
A specialised expert from our team visits the potential client’s garden to thoroughly understand their vision and objectives for the outdoor space. We engage in in-depth discussions about how they plan to utilise and derive enjoyment from the area, taking measurements and photographs during the visit. The quote we aim to provide is customised to each client’s individual requirements. Our goal is to then deliver a personalised 2D and 3D render design of the garden. Those renders are key to visualising the garden. This design is crafted upon the acceptance of the quote and allows for up to three amendments, accommodating adjustments related to design or budget considerations.
3. Proposal and Quote
Our goal is to provide a personalised and itemised quote within 24/48 hours of the consultation. Following this, our specialised expert will be available for either a telephone or in-person meeting to discuss the quote in detail and make any necessary amendments.
4. Deposit and Contract
Upon the approval of the garden design plan and quote, we proceed by reserving a provisional date in our diary and collecting a deposit from the client to secure their spot. A structured payment schedule is then established, incorporating an interim payment due on the first day of the project commencement. Depending on the project size, an additional interim payment may be necessary during the installation and this will be clearly outlined in the payment schedule. The creation of 2D and 3D renders takes place at this point.
5. Preparation
Thorough preparation guarantees a seamless and stress-free installation process. Ahead of the project commencement, we furnish the client with a comprehensive schedule of works, product delivery schedules and construction plans. A dedicated Project Manager is assigned to spearhead communication and offer consistent updates throughout the process.
6. Installation
The exciting installation and landscaping phase is underway. Our team works diligently to bring the garden transformation to life based on the agreed customised design plans. Throughout this process, our client can reach out to their allocated Project Manager with any questions or concerns. Our goal is to ensure this stage is as smooth and stress-free as possible.
7. Completion
Upon the project’s completion and mutual satisfaction between us and the client, the final payment is made. We celebrate the successful transformation of the garden, marking another delighted client! With the project concluded, the client is left to enjoy their newly crafted paradise.

The Yearly or Monthly Hard Landscaping Maintenance
This package encompasses a comprehensive jet wash of all hard landscaping areas, including patios, driveways, brickwork and render work. This service is designed to maintain a fresh and clean appearance throughout the year, preventing and accumulation of dirt and grime.

For those who have artificial grass, this package guarantees that the grass remains in pristine condition. Our team will carry out regular maintenance tasks such as brushing, grooming and removing of any debris to ensure your artificial lawn maintains it’s lush and vibrant appearance.
Seasonal Soft Landscaping Maintenance
This package is dedicated to the upkeep of your soft landscaping features. Our expert gardeners will take care of tasks like grass cutting, edging, weeding, and trimming to preserve the overall appearance of your garden consistently throughout the changing seasons.
Deluxe Maintenance Package
Our deluxe package offers comprehensive maintenance by combining all the aforementioned services. With this package you can enjoy a hassle-free and beautifully maintained garden throughout the year, without having to worry about any of the tasks involved.
